ITools, the most recent company to be listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, has concluded its offering of 13.4 million shares, or 38.6%, of its shares outstanding for its IPO, during the period between the November 1^st, 2017 and November 10^th, 2017.

The total subscription for the stock totaled 39,786,996 shares, ordered by 1,072 individuals and entities. Allotment notice has been sent to the Financial Regulatory Commission, filling all orders up to MNT 1.0 million while allotting those over MNT 1.0 million on a pro-rata basis.
