The "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC, in collaboration with the Embassy of Mongolia in China, the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia, and the Mongolian National Mining Association, successfully organized the "Mongolian Mining Products Exchange Day" event in Beijing, China.
"Tavan Bogd Holdings" LLC, the controlling shareholder of "Gobi" JSC, made a tender offer to purchase 98,292,837 ordinary shares of "Gobi" JSC, or 12.60% of the total ordinary shares, based on the section 22.1.2 of Article 22 of the Securities Market Law.
As FRC approved the private placement of "Khutuliin Cement Shokhoi" JSC by the Resolution No. 316 of September 26, 2018, the Company has issued 6 million shares at a price of MNT170 per share by way of private placement on October 15, 2018.
FRC has considered the private placement as successful and approved to start the secondary market trading from November 15, 2018 by the letter No.1/4380.
