In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 2020/4 of "Ard Credit NBFI" JSC dated February 19, 2020, "Ard Credit NBFI" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 1.18 billion or 50 percent of its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 4.23 per share. The record date is April 08, 2020 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within June 30, 2020.
