During the visit, the Mongolian Stock Exchange met with the management teams of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange /LuxSE/ and the Luxembourg Green Exchange /LGX/ to exchange views on further developing Mongolia’s capital market in line with international standards.
In accordance with Official Requirement No. 63 dated June 18, 2026, issued by the state inspector of the Financial Regulatory Commission, trading of Tavilga JSC securities has been resumed.
On March 19th, 2020, FRC approved the amendments of the Trading Rules of MSE which was adopted by the decision No. 2020/07 of Board of Directors Meeting of Mongolian Stock Exchange dated February 7th, 2020.
The amendments provide the regulation of trade confirmation and cancellation as well as trading of asset backed securities and fund units and specify their fees and commissions.
