The Financial Regulatory Commission at its Meeting held on December 27, 2019 passed a Decision to register “Bodi Insurance” JSC's 235.3 million shares with MNT 25.0 nominal price each and approved public offering of 25 percent of the amount or 58.8 million shares. The Company was listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange as a Tier I issuer by the MSE CEO's Order No. A/63 dated August 28, 2019.

According to the prospectus, the Company is planning to offer its 60.0 percent or 35.2 million shares of the total issuing shares to the strategic investors at the fixed price MNT 113.0, and its 20 percent or 11.7 million shares to public by a method of book building at the price between MNT113 and MNT135 and aims to raise total of 5.3-5.58 billion to be used for investment activities and technology advancement.

The public offering is being carried out by 'BDSec' JSC as underwriter, and 'BDO' LLC as auditor, 'ELC' as legal advisor and 'Gerege Estimate' LLC as asset valuation service provider.
