“Mandal Insurance” JSC announced that it will distribute dividends from its net profit after tax for the year 2025, in accordance with Articles 46.1, 46.5, 46.6, and 46.10 of the Company Law, Article 8.14 of the Company Charter, and Resolution No. 26/005 of the Board of Directors dated January 30, 2026.

The company will distribute a dividend of MNT 14 (fourteen tugriks) per share, amounting to a total of MNT 8,740,222,400.

The list of shareholders eligible for dividends will be the registration date of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and the dividends will be credited to shareholders’ accounts at the Securities Central Depository LLC by March 31, 2026.
