Financial Regulatory Commission officially ratified the “Index Calculation Regulation” which was approved by BoD meeting of Mongolian Stock Exchange on 30 December 2014.

“MSE ALL” index, which consists of 212 joint stock companies, will be officially calculated from base value of 1,000 units starting from 09 February 2015.

By implementing this regulation, “MSE ALL” composite Index will be calculated officially and by establishing 15 percent limit on impact for securities index in order to remove shares fluctuation of companies which are in the basket. Also closing price will be the VWAP/volume weighted average price/ calculated for all the executed trades in the trading day.
 
Regarding to this renewed “Index Calculation Regulation”, TOP-20 index basked renewed in first half year of 2015 as below:

16 joint stock companies remained same from previous TOP-20 index basket constituents and “Mogoin Gol” JSC, “Mongol Shiltgeen” JSC, “Silicat” JSC and “Suu”JSC added as new constituents.
