In accordance with 6.1.3, 6.2.2 of Article 6 of the Law on the Legal Status of the Financial Regulatory Commission by Resolution No. 493 of the FRC dated September 21, 2022, 30.1.2 of Article 30 and 63.1.5 of Article 63 of the Securities Market Law, 10.1.5 of Article 10 of the Law on Special Licenses for Business Activities, Resolution No. 493 of the FRC dated September 21, 2022 based on the 2nd clause of Resolution No. 331 dated 2022, the special license of Mongol khuvistsaa LLC to operate as a broker in the securities market has been revoked.

In connection with the cancellation of the license, the relevant changes were made in the registration of the FRC and the public, the relevant tax authorities, and the General Register Office will be notified within 10 working days.
