An applicant seeking admission to the Mongolian Stock Exchange is required to provide the Exchange with the membership application form and the documents stated on it.

An applicant admitted to become a member is required to deliver information to the Mongolian Stock Exchange on a fixed date pursuant to the Contract of Co-operation and the Regulation on Delivery of Electronic Information from Members.
