Requirement for Joint stock companies in classification II.
Market capitalization of a company must be minimum of MNT 1,000,000,000 /MNT 5 billion/. 25% of total shares of company must be publically traded or semi-annual trading value of company’s share must be higher than 5% of total trading value of the stock exchange.
