State Bank will offer 5 percent of its total shares which is 37,475,000 shares to the public at MNT 590 each, and collect MNT 22.1 billion. It will be accepted between 10:00 and 17:00 every trading day until the end of the 6th.
70% of the total offered securities will be allocated to strategic investors and the remaining 30% to public. In case the public order exceeds the supply, an additional 0.75 percent /greenshoe/ or 5,621,250 securities will be offered to the public.
