According to Resolution No:628 of Financial Regulatory Committee dated on November 09, 2022, broker, dealer, underwriter, and investment advisory special licenses of “BATS securities company” LLC was reinstated.

It was commissioned to monitor the enactment of the resolution and report to the public, to the related tax office and to the General Authority for State Registration within 10 working days.
