On December 14, 2022, at the regular meeting of the Government of Mongolia, the regulation on "Open Digital Trading for Coal Export" was approved.

Consequently, 30% of the coal exports of “Erdenes Tavantolgoi” JSC will be traded through the MSE trading system transparently under the regulation of the Financial Regulatory Commission until July 1, 2023.
