Board of Directors of "APU" JSC held a meeting on february 13, 2023, according to the financial results of the second half of 2022, it was decided to distribute a dividend of 44 MNT per share.

The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends is set as the date of registration of the shareholders regular meeting, and it was decided to distribute the dividends to the shareholders accounts through the “Central Securities Depository” by December 31, 2023.
