The Board of Directors of "Tumen Shuvuut" JSC held a meeting on February 11, 2023, it was decided to distribute a dividend of 10.7 MNT per share from the net profit of 2022.

The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends is set as the date of registration of the shareholder's regular meeting and it was decided to distribute the dividends to the shareholders' accounts through the " Central Securities Depository" by September  30, 2023.
