According to the Resolution of the Board of Directors meeting of "Gan khiits" JSC, dated February 17, 2023, the Board approved to distribute dividends of MNT 2.4 per share from net profits of the second half of 2022. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of ordinary shareholders' meeting, and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository within December 31, 2023.
