According to the Resolution of the Board of Directors meeting of "Ulaanbaatar hivs" JSC, dated February 16, 2023, the Board approved to distribute dividends of MNT 1,570 per share from net profits of 2022. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined on March 09, 2023, and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository within June 30, 2023.
