According to the official requirement No. 6 of the State Inspector of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated February 16, 2023, the trading of the securities of "Bogd Bank" JSC was temporarily suspended from February 17, 2023.

Due to changes in the registration of "Bogd Bank" JSC, which was divided into 20 shares to 1,250,000,000 shares, the company's securities trading was restored from March 2, 2023 in accordance with the official requirement No. 8 of the State Inspector of the Financial Regulation Commission dated March 2, 2023.
