According to the Financial Regulatory Commission’s official letter No. 1/1426, dated April 6, 2023, the primary market trading of "Gazar Shim Uildver" JSC shares was deemed successful, and the FRC approved the commencement of secondary market trading of the shares of the company with the symbol "GAZR" on April 11, 2023.

Therefore, investors have the right to withdraw the remaining money from the primary market through their securities company starting today.
