According to Order No. A/54 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated April 14, 2023, Article No. 51 of Company Law, Article 8.10.11 of the Regulations of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Resolution No. 19 and 23 of the Registration Procedure of Securities, Resolution No. 01 of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of "Khuvsgul Usan zam" JSC on January 27, 2023, and the company’s official request No. 04-06-02 dated February 2, 2023, the shares of "Khuvsgul Usan zam" JSC were delisted from the MSE III classification.
