In accordance with the changes in "Regulations of E-Auction of Coal to be Exported" by Resolution No. 83 of the Government of Mongolia dated March 1, 2023, "Instructions for organizing electronic trading of MSE" have been amended by Resolution No. 03 of the Board of Directors of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC, dated May 08, 2023.

With the amendment, the buyer's collateral percent was decreased to 5% and created the opportunity to adjust the minimum call price in reflection of the rapid drop in coal market price based on the seller's request.  In addition, the e-auction will be held from 10:00 to 17:00 with extended trading hours in accordance with the current conditions.
