According to Resolution No. 179 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated May 12, 2023, and Order No. A/70 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated May 5, 2023, the primary market trading of ''XacBank'' orders for a total of 52,700,000 shares with a price of 677 MNT per share will be accepted through the MSE from May 29, 2023, to June 5, 2023.
Primary market trading: May 29, 2023, to June 2, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on June 5, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
"XacBank" plans to issue 52,700,000 additional shares, equal to 5.0 percent of its total shares, offered to the public at 677 MNT per share to raise a total of 35,677,900,000 MNT.
70% of the total offered shares will be allocated to strategic investors and 30% to the public through a fixed price method according to "Trading Procedures of the Primary Securities Market" of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
