According to Resolution No. 210 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated June 13, 2023, and Order No. A/57 of the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated April 18, 2023, changes were made to the securities registration of "Khot Development" JSC, which increased the number of shares of the company by issuing 20,500,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 100 MNT in a private placement to 28,970,054 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 100 MNT.
