According to resolution No. 605 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated November 9, 2022, and order No. A/124 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE), dated October 21, 2022, 100,000 debt instruments with the 100,000 MNT nominal value of "Invescore NBFI" JSC were registered for public offering.

For the 4th tranche, the primary market order of the "Invescore Bond 2.0" debt instrument with an annual interest rate of 18 percent and a maturity of 12 months, raising a total value of 10 billion MNT, will be accepted through the IPO system of the MSE between 10:00 and 17:00 for 5 working days, starting from June 29, 2023, to July 5, 2023.

The main underwriter of "Invescore Bond 2.0" is "Tavanbogd Capital UTsK" LLC, and the order will be closed if it reaches 100%.
