According to Resolution No. 23/69 of the Board of Directors of "Bogd Bank" JSC, dated July 7, 2023, the Board approved to distribute dividends of MNT 3.03 per share from the company's net profit after tax for the first half of 2023, which is MNT 3,787,500,000 in total. 

According to the Company Law's Article 46, Section 46.1, the list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends is set for July 7, 2023, and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts within 60 days after receiving the approval of the authorized person for the dividend specified in Part 1 of the resolution.
