Kh. Altai participated in the sub-session "Capital Market" of the forum and addressed the following comments:

The current situation of the capital market, the expansion of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" in accordance with the implementation of the "Law on Mining Products Exchange", and the privatization of state-owned companies and systemically influential banks have a special impact on Mongolia’s economic cycle, and the market capitalization, which was frozen at MNT 3 trillion, has now reached MNT 11 trillion, which emphasizes the new economic modeling implemented by the Government of Mongolia within the framework of the "New Recovery Policy".

In addition, he emphasized the importance of the stability of the legal environment and the support of the tax policy of our country in increasing foreign investment and cooperation and highlighted the importance of transparent and stable governance of companies in the business sector and the publication of market news in English in accordance with international standards.

About 2,200 guests participated in the "Mongolia Economic Forum 2023", out of which more than 500 were foreign guests and representatives, and the organizers emphasized that this was a highly demanded event compared to previous years.
