"Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC has approved new rules for regulating commodities trading, settlement, and other related activities in accordance with the Law on Mining Products Exchange and received a special license to operate as a commodity exchange according to Resolution No. 385 dated June 30, 2023, of the Financial Regulatory Commission.

Related to this, the Mongolian Stock Exchange has started to enter into a new contract with participants in commodities trading, issue accreditation to organizations that warehouse, transport and conduct quality analysis on commodities that will be traded on the exchange in accordance with clauses 5.7 and 9.1.13 of the Law on Mining Products Exchange. Within the framework of the adopted rules and regulations, the Mongolian Stock Exchange has started to enter into a contract with companies that sell commodities in order to organize trades by regularly informing the public of trading schedules and additional relevant information through our website and the Comex trading system.
