On August 8, 2023, G. Telmen, the Chief Executive Director of "Ard Credit NBFI" JSC, which is registered in the TOP-20, Tier 1 of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC, presented the operational and financial reports for the first half of 2023.

• The loan portfolio of "Ard Credit NBFI" JSC reached 44 billion MNT. The ratio of non-performing loans to the quality of the loan portfolio is 6.8%, and overdue loans are 6%.

• The total assets increased by 7.9% from the end of 2022 and reached 63 billion MNT.

• The income from interest rate reached 6.7 billion MNT, and in the first half of 2023, company made a net profit of 1 billion MNT.

Highlights of the first half of 2023:

• "Ard Credit NBFI" JSC have been included in the TOP-20 index of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC for the fourth year.

• “Ard Credit NBFI” JSC certified by ISO/IEC 27001:2013 international standard.

• Investors and shareholders' meetings were successfully organized and 0.1 Ard Coin per share was allocated to shareholders.

• The loan agreement started confirm electronically.

• Instant loans secured by assets started.

• Property, asset appraisal done.

• Seoul Plaza "100 Children" branch started working.

• Participated in the 2023 meeting of the Global Microfinance Forum organized by Microfinance Center.

• “Ard Credit NBFI” JSC became first NBFI that issued credit cards for its customers were highlighted during the report
