On August 8, 2023, B. Zolboo, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of “Ard Financial Group” JSC, which is registered in the TOP-20, Tier 1 of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC, presented the operational and financial reports for the first half of 2023.

• The total amount of capital decreased by 4.8% from the beginning of the year, decreased by 52% from the same period last year, and reached 130 billion MNT.

• In total, “Ard Financial Group” JSC manages 371 billion MNT of 36 companies, of which 9 companies are open joint-stock companies. These companies hold 45 licenses.

• The investment portfolio decreased by 7.4% from the beginning of the year, decreased by 53% from the same period last year. This figure was mainly influenced by the fall in the stock market.

• The total value of the company decreased by 11% from the beginning of the year to 120.4 billion MNT, and each share of company is valued at 4,209 MNT.

Highlights of the first half of 2023:

• “Ard Financial Group” JSC was the first Mongolian company to be invited as a member organization of the "New Champions" association of the "Global Economic Forum" and joined the association.

• "Investor Nation 2023" forum was held, AARD, AIC, ADB presented their reports to their shareholders and gave a proportional incentive in ArdCoin.

• Supported and participated in the "ICT Expo 2023" event jointly organized by the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications and the National Information Technology Park.

• The V5 new version of Ard App was introduced, and Ard App customers reached 1.1 million as of the year's first half.

• ArdKids, a children's financial application, registered its 50,000th user.

• Blockchain-based BS9 Token Holders Product Successfully Listed on Idax exchange and distributed first rental income to holders, were highlighted during the report
