According to the resolution No. 23/11 of the Board of Directors of "APU" JSC dated August 9, 2023, taking into account the company's financial results for the first half of 2023, the company decided to distribute a dividend of 45 (forty-five) MNT per share to all shareholders.

According to Section 46.1 of Article 46 of the Company Law, the record date is August 28, 2023, and dividends will be distributed by February 10, 2024.
