Ch. Munkhjargal, Chief Executive Officer of "Itools" JSC, which is registered in the first category of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC, presented the operational and financial report for the first half of 2023 on August 16.
- “Itools”JSC made sales of 1.9 billion MNT in the first half of 2023, which is a 10.5% increase from the same period last year.
- Profit before tax reached MNT 207.9 million, which is 11.0 times higher than the same period last year.
Highlights of the first half of 2023:
- “Itools” JSC fully implemented action plans related to data center continuity, security, and service quality improvement. In the first half of 2023, the center operated with 99,981 percent uptime.
- “Itools” JSC increased the capacity of the server room in the first half of 2023. For example, the data center space was increased by 38% and infrastructure reliability was improved, and IPv6 was successfully introduced in the main network in April of this year.
- In May, we offered Wordpress hosting services with high-speed cache and comprehensive CDN solutions to our customers, and improved the quality of our services by transferring 60% of the web hosting services. The web hosting basic service users increased the speed of accessing their web pages by 15 times, and the introduction of SSD hosting solutions had a positive impact on customer satisfaction.
- In the first half of 2023, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System Standards were successfully introduced into operations. With the successful introduction of standards, a company offers quality products and services to their customers based on modern innovative technology and skilled human resources.
