O. Uyanga, Economist of "Tumen Shuvuut" JSC, which is registered in the first category of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC, presented the operational and financial report for the first half of 2023 on August 22.

• "Tumen Shuvuut" JSC made sales of 29.7 billion MNT, and the income increased by 40% compared to the same period last year.

• Profit before tax increased by 6.5 billion MNT or 51%, while net profit increased by 5.7 billion MNT or 54%.

• Income tax of MNT 747.0 million has been collected in the state budget.

Highlights of the first half of 2023:

• In 2023, within the framework of the "Tumen Shuvuut-2" project, "Tumen Shuvuut" JSC will complete the installation of equipment for the 5th building of laying hens, the 2nd building of chicks, the 6th, 7th, and 8th buildings of laying hens, and it is planned to complete the construction of an egg collection building with a capacity of 45,000 eggs per hour. During the reporting period, egg-laying 5 building have been put into full use, building process of buildings 6, 7, 8 and egg collection building have been started.

• From the planned production of 120.0 million eggs in 2023, 54.0 million eggs or 46% of the production plan were completed in the first half of the year.

• In the first half of 2023, "Tumen Shuvuut" JSC has produced a new 100% organic compost liquid bacterial fertilizer and delivered it to its customers.

• "Tumen Shuvuut" JSC is working to distribute 30% of the net profit of 2022 at 10.7 MNT per share by September 30, 2023. Therefore, all shareholders need to contact their registered securities company to confirm their registration.

• At the end of 2023, it is planned to complete the work of the "Tumen Shuvuut-2" project with 80% completion.
