According to Order No. A/165 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated September 4, 2023, the ordinary shares (65,362) with a nominal value of MNT 100 of Juulchin Duty Free" JSC were delisted from the MSE II classification.

The decision to delist the shares of the company is based on Article No. 51 of Company Law, Article 8.10.11 of the Regulations of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Resolution No. 23 of the Registration Procedure of Securities, Resolution No. 03/03 of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of "Juulchin Duty Free" JSC on April 14, 2023, and the company’s official request No. A-23/61 dated July 28, 2023.
