According to Order No. A/186 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated September 20, 2023, the ordinary shares (214,285,700) with a nominal value of MNT 10 of "Mon Beef" JSC were delisted from the MSE II classification.

The decision to delist the shares of the company is based on Article No. 23 of Company Law, Article 6.9.3 of the Regulations of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Resolution No. 23 of the Registration Procedure of Securities and the company’s official request No. 40/A-107 dated July 27, 2023.
