Pursuant to Section 57.1 of the "Trading Rules" of the Mongolian Stock Exchange and the Financial Regulatory Commission's official letter No. 1/3785 dated October 2, 2023, which pertains to the postponement of the public offering of the "Ulaanbaatar Bond," the primary market trading period for the bond has been temporarily postponed.
