In accordance with the provisions outlined in Article 22 of the Law on Securities Market, Section 56.2 of Article 56 of the Company Law, and Section 2.1 of Article 2 of the Financial Regulatory Commission's "Rules to purchase and make an offer to purchase shares of listed companies", "Ard Financial Group" JSC has initiated a tender offer to acquire a total of 48,690 common shares of "Khuvsgul" JSC, a company listed in Tier 3 of the Mongolia Stock Exchange, for 84 MNT each.

The tender offers for the purchase of shares were received from August 28, 2023, to September 29, 2023, and 48,460 shares of "Khuvsgul" JSC were traded for 4,070,640 MNT through a tender offer.
