According to order No.447 of the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated October 20, 2023, and the order No. A/256 of the CEO of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC dated October 31, 2023, the legal name of “BKO Capital UTsK”, a member of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, was changed to "SG Investment and Securities UTsK" LLC.
