According to Resolution No. 551 of the Financial Regulatory Commission, dated November 08, 2023, and Order No. A/118 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated July 20, 2023, the securities issued by “Innovation Investment” LLC as a public offering are registered in tier 3 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

The company plans to raise a total of 8,319,964,050 MNT by offering a total of 36,977,618 shares with a nominal value of 225 MNT to the public.
