According to Resolution No. 551 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated November 8, 2023, and Order No. A/118 of the CEO of the “Mongolian Stock Exchange” JSC dated July 20, 2023, "Innovation Investment" LLC’s primary market subscription of shares will be accepted from December 4, 2023, to December 8, 2023, between 10:00 and 17:00 p.m. through MSE member securities companies.

Up to 85 percent, or 31,430,975 shares, will be offered to the strategic investors, and the remaining up to 15 percent will be offered to the public at a fixed price method determined in accordance with Section 3.4 of the "Primary Market Trading Rules" of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

The strategic investors will be invested in shares worth MNT 200,000,000 or more with a 6-month lock-up period, and the orders of these investors will be fulfilled 100 percent.

The remaining shares will be offered to the public, and the number of buying orders of 450 shares, or MNT 101,250, will be fully filled. If the public purchase order exceeds the amount mentioned above, the shares will be allocated using the pro rata method.

The main underwriter for the IPO of “Innovation Investment” LLC is "Ulzii & Co. Capital UTsk" LLC, and the assistant underwriter is "Invescore Capital" LLC.
