"Omni Asset TZK" LLC is offering 60,000 units with a par value of 100,000 MNT each, a 24-month term, and an annual interest rate of 19.6 percent to raise 6 billion MNT which was registered according to Resolution No. 552 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated November 8, 2023, and Order No. A/271 of the Chief Executive Office of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated November 15, 2023.

The primary market trading order of "Omni Asset" was successfully organized on 22 November 22, 2023.

In the trading system, 66 orders worth MNT 6,000,000,000 from 65 investors were registered, and the orders were fulfilled 100% according to the distribution plan submitted by the securities issuer.
