On May 25, 2022, the Financial Regulatory Commission approved the "Procedures for issuing special licenses for the establishment and operation of investment funds and their supervision." As a result, the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC made changes to the "Listing rule for close-end mutual investment fund unit rights," which was approved by the Board of Directors Resolution No. 37 on October 27, 2023. This resolution was further endorsed by Order No. 483 from the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission on November 16, 2023, with instructions for immediate enactment on the same date.

In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the proposals from the Financial Regulatory Commission, the Mongolian Association of Securities Dealers, the “Mongolian Central Securities Depository” LLC, the "Mongolian Securities Clearing Center" LLC, and the "Mandal Asset Management" LLC were included in this amendment.

Through the amendment of the "Listing Rule for Close-End Mutual Investment Fund Unit Right," there will be a decrease in the service fee for investment funds. Furthermore, both the registration fee and the annual fee will be reduced by 50%. This determination was made by comparing the investment fund fees of international, regional, and developing exchanges, resulting in an approximate amount.

Therefore, individuals and citizens have the opportunity to receive the information needed to make investment decisions without delay.
