"KHAN Bank" JSC is offering 170,000 units of “Green Bond” with a par value of 100,000 MNT each, a 3-year term, and an annual interest rate of 16 percent to raise 17 billion MNT, which was registered according to Resolution No. 206 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated June 13, 2023, and order No. A/99 of the Chief Executive Officer of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC dated June 9, 2023.

The primary market trading order for "Green Bond" was successfully organized on December 11, 2023.

In the trading system, 41 orders worth MNT 17,000,000,000 from 40 investors were registered, and the orders were fulfilled 100% according to the distribution plan submitted by the issuer and trading was successfully closed.
