Primary market trading of "Bers 3" asset-backed securities will start from December 27, 2023, until December 28, 2023, through the Mongolian Stock Exchange's IPO system, which was registered according to Resolution No.777 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated December 22, 2023, and Order No. A/343 of the Chief Executive Office of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated December 25, 2023.

"Bers ABS Loyalty SPE" LLC is offering 150,000 units with a par value of 100,000 MNT each, a 24-month term, and an annual interest rate of 18 percent to raise 15 billion MNT.
