BROKERAGE LICENSE OF “MUNKH-OGTORGUI”LLC HAD BEEN REVOKED

In accordance with the article No.: 6.1.3 of “Law on the Legal Status of FRC”, the articles No.:10.1.5, 14.1.1 of “Law of license for business entities”, clause No.:30.1.1, 63.1.5 of “Securities Law of Mongolia”, the article No.:11.3.1 of “Ordinance on regulation of licensing and permits in the securities market”, which approved by resolution No.:506 of Financial Regulatory Commission of 2013, and Resolution No.:384 of Financial Regulatory Commission, dated on 21 October 2014, brokerage license of “Munkh-Ogtorgui”LLC had been revoked on MSE.
