According to Order No. A/346 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated December 27, 2023, Article No. 23 of Company Law, Article 8.10.11 of the Regulations of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Resolution No. 23 of the Registration Procedure of Securities, the ordinary shares (74,922) with a nominal value of MNT 100 of "Dornod Auto Zam" JSC were delisted from the MSE III classification.
