By Resolution No. 428 of the Financial Regulatory Commission, dated September 1, 2023,  and Order No. A/140 of the Chief Executive Officer of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC dated August 4, 2023, "Ard Credit NBFI" JSC 84,000,000 issued additional shares with a nominal value of 10 MNT each, which are being offered to the public. As a result, the total number of ordinary shares issued by the company has been changed to 364,000,000 shares in the securities register of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

“Standard Investment UTsK” LLC is the main underwriter and "Ard Securities UTsK" JSC is the assistant underwriter for the additional shares of "Ard Credit NBFI" JSC.
