According to resolution No. 24/004 dated February 7, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Itools" JSC decided to distribute 43 percent of the company's net profit for the year 2023, or MNT 103,356,372 as dividends to all the shareholders. 

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting.

The dividend of MNT 3 (three tugriks) per share will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2024.
