According to resolution No. 24/13 dated February 5, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Bogd Bank" JSC decided to distribute 25 percent of the company's net profit for the last half year of 2023, or MNT 3,521,752,459 as dividends to all the shareholders. 

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting and it was decided to distribute the dividends to the shareholders' accounts through the "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC and securities companies within 60 days after the approval and decision of the authorized body.
