According to resolution No. 1 dated February 7, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Gutal" JSC decided to distribute 2.2 billion MNT as dividends to all the shareholders from the company’s net profit for the last half year of 2023.

The company will distribute 1,400 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting on March 15, 2024, and dividends will be paid starting on June 27, 2024.
