According to resolution No. 1 dated February 9, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Tandem Invest NBFI" JSC decided to distribute 3.3 billion MNT as dividends to all the shareholders from the company’s net profit for the year 2023.  

The company will distribute 2.19 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payments of influential shareholders will be transferred from the company's account to the shareholders' account, and minor shareholders’ dividends will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2024.
